A considered way to use the app.

NothingToWear.fit helps you organize, understand, and style the wardrobe you already own.

The app may help you upload wardrobe items, identify clothing details, create outfit suggestions, generate outfit previews, use weather-aware styling context, and save wardrobe preferences.

NothingToWear.fit is a styling tool. It does not replace your own judgment about fit, comfort, dress codes, weather, safety, culture, or occasion.

You must be at least 16 to use NothingToWear.fit on your own. If you are under 16, you may use the app only with permission from a parent or legal guardian, where required by law. NothingToWear.fit is not intended for children under 13.

You are responsible for your account and for the information, photos, notes, prompts, and preferences you add to the app.

You should keep your login details secure and only use the app for your own personal wardrobe and styling needs.

You may delete your account from inside the app.

When you delete your account, your account and associated wardrobe data are deleted from our servers. This includes your wardrobe photos, wardrobe items, outfit history, saved preferences, and generated styling data connected to your account.

Account deletion is permanent. Once deleted, your closet cannot be restored.

Your wardrobe photos, item notes, preferences, prompts, and other content remain yours.

You give NothingToWear.fit permission to process your content using our systems and trusted service providers, including AI, cloud storage, authentication, diagnostics, and infrastructure providers, so we can provide and improve the app's features. This includes wardrobe organization, item identification, search, styling recommendations, outfit generation, app quality, security, and support.

This may include sending wardrobe photos, clothing item data, notes, prompts, and outfit context to AI providers for clothing recognition, wardrobe organization, styling recommendations, and generated outfit previews.

This permission ends when your content is deleted from our systems, except where limited information must be kept for legal, security, payment, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution reasons.

We do not sell your wardrobe photos or personal style data.

NothingToWear.fit is designed for photos of clothes, shoes, accessories, and wardrobe items.

You should not upload photos containing faces, people, documents, nudity, private personal information, or content that is not related to your wardrobe.

If you upload a photo that contains a face, a person, or content that does not appear to be a valid wardrobe item, we may automatically reject it.

Rejected photos are not added to your closet. They are not used for styling, outfit generation, avatar generation, AI training, or product personalization.

After rejection, the photo is removed from our servers.

We do not use face recognition to identify you. We do not create a face profile of you. We do not require selfies or face photos to use the app.

Outfits, edits, avatars, recommendations, and styling suggestions generated by NothingToWear.fit are recommendations only.

They may be useful, beautiful, or fun, but they may also be imperfect. You are responsible for deciding whether an outfit is appropriate for your body, comfort, weather, event, workplace, culture, dress code, or personal taste.

Weather-aware recommendations are based on available weather and location context, but they are not guarantees of actual conditions.

AI-generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or visually imperfect. Generated outfit previews may not perfectly represent the real color, texture, fit, size, material, or condition of your clothing.

NothingToWear.fit may create outfit previews using generic avatars or non-identifying visual representations.

The app is designed to style your clothes, not recreate your identity. We do not require face photos and do not generate avatars based on your face.

Generated visuals may not perfectly represent the exact size, texture, color, drape, or fit of real clothing items.

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have the right to use.
• Upload photos of people, faces, documents, nudity, or unrelated personal content.
• Misuse, overload, disrupt, or interfere with the app.
• Try to access accounts, data, systems, or areas of the service you are not allowed to access.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or extract private product behavior, models, prompts, systems, or app logic.
• Use the app to generate, store, or process illegal, harmful, abusive, infringing, or deceptive content.
• Use the service in a way that violates laws, third-party rights, or these Terms.

We may reject, remove, or block content that appears to violate these Terms or our privacy and safety rules.

Some features may be free, and some may require payment, subscription, credits, or another paid plan.

If you purchase a subscription through Apple, Google, or another app store/payment provider, billing and cancellation may be managed by that provider. Google Play subscriptions, for example, can be cancelled through the Play Store, and developers may need to provide cancellation options where applicable.

Deleting your NothingToWear.fit account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Apple, Google, or another payment provider. You may need to cancel the subscription through the relevant store or payment provider.

Refunds, billing disputes, and subscription management may be subject to the rules of the app store or payment provider you used.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, and delete personal data.

By using NothingToWear.fit, you also agree that we process your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy about how personal data is handled, the Privacy Policy controls for privacy matters.

NothingToWear.fit, including its design, branding, software, features, interface, systems, and product behavior, belongs to us or our licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or use our app, branding, or technology except as allowed by these Terms.

You keep ownership of your own wardrobe photos, notes, prompts, and personal content.

We may update, improve, add, remove, pause, or discontinue features from time to time.

We may also change how certain styling, AI, wardrobe, avatar, or weather-aware features work as the product evolves.

We may suspend or terminate access to the app if we believe you have violated these Terms, misused the service, created risk for other users or our systems, or used the app unlawfully.

You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account from inside the app.

NothingToWear.fit is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We try to make the app useful, secure, and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly accurate.

We do not guarantee that every styling suggestion will be suitable, flattering, available, weather-appropriate, or correct for your situation.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, NothingToWear.fit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the app.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and may notify you through the app or by other appropriate means.

Your continued use of the app after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
