Privacy Policy

We may collect the following information when you use NothingToWear.fit:

Wardrobe photos are used to identify, organize, and style the clothing you already own.

Your wardrobe photos are private by default. They are not public profile content, and other users cannot browse, search, or view your closet through the app.

NothingToWear.fit is designed for clothing photos, not photos of people. We ask you to upload images of wardrobe items without faces, people, documents, nudity, or unrelated personal content.

NothingToWear.fit is designed for wardrobe photos only.

If you upload a photo that contains a face, a person, documents, nudity, or content that does not appear to be a valid wardrobe item, we may automatically reject the photo.

To decide whether a photo is a valid wardrobe photo, the image may be temporarily processed by our upload-validation systems, which may include AI service providers.

Rejected photos are not added to your closet. They are not used for styling. They are not used to generate outfits. They are not used to create avatars. They are not used to train our own AI models.

After rejection, the photo is removed from our servers. Rejected face-containing or invalid uploads are not kept as wardrobe data and are not backed up as part of your NothingToWear.fit account.

We do not use face recognition to identify you. We do not create a face profile of you. We do not require selfies or face photos to use NothingToWear.fit.

Where technically possible, we remove embedded photo metadata before storing wardrobe images.

This may include EXIF metadata such as camera details, timestamps, and location metadata. This helps prevent wardrobe photos from carrying hidden personal information.

When NothingToWear.fit creates outfit previews, styling edits, or generated outfit visuals, we use generic avatars or non-identifying representations.

We do not generate avatars based on your face. We do not require selfies. We do not use face photos to personalize your avatar.

The goal is to style your clothes, not to recreate your identity.

When you allow location access, we use your location to understand local weather and styling context. For example, the app may recommend different outfits depending on temperature, rain, wind, season, or local conditions.

You can change location permissions at any time through your device settings.

If location access is disabled, some weather-aware styling features may be less personalized.

We use your information to:

• Create outfit recommendations.
• Organize your wardrobe.
• Identify clothing items from wardrobe photos.
• Generate styling edits and outfit previews.
• Personalize suggestions based on your preferences.
• Understand weather and occasion context.
• Save your wardrobe and outfit history.
• Improve app quality, reliability, and performance.
• Detect invalid uploads, abuse, or technical issues.
• Respond to support requests.
• Maintain the security of the service.

We do not sell your personal data.

NothingToWear.fit does not let users publicly share wardrobe photos through the app.

Your closet is not public. Your wardrobe photos are not visible to other users. Your outfit history is not displayed publicly.

If we add sharing or community features in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and make the sharing controls clear inside the app.

We use trusted service providers to operate NothingToWear.fit.

These currently include:

These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to us. They are not allowed to use your private wardrobe data for their own unrelated purposes, except where their own terms or legal obligations require limited security, abuse-prevention, diagnostics, or compliance processing.

You can delete your account from inside the app.

When you delete your account, we delete your account and associated wardrobe data from our servers. This includes your wardrobe photos, wardrobe items, outfit history, saved preferences, and generated styling data connected to your account.

We do not keep backup copies of your deleted wardrobe account in our own storage. Account deletion is permanent, and your closet cannot be restored.

Some limited information may remain outside our active app storage where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, payment, tax, dispute-resolution, diagnostics, or third-party provider retention reasons. For example, app-store purchase records may be managed by Apple or Google, and crash diagnostics may be retained by Firebase Crashlytics for a limited period.

Deleting your NothingToWear.fit account may not automatically cancel an active subscription managed by Apple, Google, or another payment provider. You may need to cancel the subscription through the relevant app store or payment provider.

You can delete individual wardrobe items in the app.

When you delete a wardrobe item, we remove the item and its associated wardrobe photo from your account. Deleted wardrobe items are removed from our servers and are not kept as part of your closet backup.

We keep your account and wardrobe data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service.

Rejected uploads are removed from our servers after rejection and are not stored as wardrobe items.

If you delete your account, we delete your account data from our servers and do not keep a backup copy of your deleted wardrobe account.

We may keep limited non-wardrobe records only where necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, payment, tax, or dispute-resolution reasons.

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information.

This includes limiting access to personal data, using secure storage practices, and protecting data during transmission where appropriate.

No system is perfectly secure, but we design NothingToWear.fit with privacy and security in mind.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

• Access your personal data.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete your personal data.
• Request a copy of your data.
• Withdraw permission for certain processing.
• Object to certain uses of your data.
• Restrict certain processing.

You can manage wardrobe items directly in the app. You can delete your account from inside the app.

NothingToWear.fit is not intended for children under 16. If you are under 16, you may only use the app with permission from a parent or legal guardian, where required by law.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 13 without appropriate parental consent, we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and may notify you through the app or by other appropriate means.
